Meet up


So everyone feels comfortable and accustomed to each other, we’ll have a quick call to discuss things and plan everything out.

Picture time


The big day! We’ll meet, talk, connect, and get to know each other. In the meantime, I will be preparing the equipment so we can jump right into it.

Delivery of photos


In one or two weeks, you will receive your edited pictures, to see yourself in all your natural glory.

FAQ

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?

Photography is about capturing the essence of who you are. It's about capturing the moments that you and/or your family would like to remember forever. Therefore photography is not so much about a rigorous and structured session but more so about my clients being free to express themselves and me capturing that moment.

What should I wear?

This all depends on the type of photo session that we are doing. You should always wear something that makes you feel like the star that you are and that you are comfortable in. I will also send you a client guide that has some suggestions based off which type of session we are doing.

How many pictures will I receive?

For a 3-hour engagement session we typically deliver 50-70 images and for a wedding , we typically deliver 60-80 images per hour of coverage. Keep in mind these numbers may increase or decrease depending on the flow of the day and the number of events/activities needing to be captured.

Are you available outside of Columbia, SC?

All travel expenses are based on the distance between your event location(s). Within 30 miles is free. between 30-60 miles the fee is $0.75 per mile. Anything over 60 miles round-trip will be negotiated and handled on a case-by-case basis.

How far in advance should I book my session?

Im normally booked out a month in advance. This time period is subject to change depending on the time of the year. Fall and spring tend to be the busiest time for me. To ensure you get the date and time you want, I suggest booking 2-3 months out from you anticipated date.

When will I get my pictures back?

To ensure that you get the best results, I reserve 2-3 weeks for processing. If you need to request rush delivery there is a fee that could be paid to receive your pictures back in 1 week. Any printed products can take up to six weeks to get back.

What if the weather is bad on the date of my session?

If the session needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather, we will try for the first available session date. I will send you a notification within 12-24 hours of the session date if I see a reason to reschedule. I also have the option of in studio session.
